According to §61.091, the Highway Administrator is to prepare and present a report annually. The requirements are as follows:
1. Highway Report – Listing projected road projects divided by Commission Districts with emphasis on the fact that this report contains only estimated figures until approval and bid is let. Weather and other factors may also change the priority of road projections.
2. Budgetary Expense Reports – with breakdown by fund
3. Off-System Bridge Replacement Planning Spreadsheet.
