Angie K. Usery – County Collector
The St. Francois County Collector of Revenue is responsible for collecting current & delinquent property taxes for the county & various political subdivisions within the county. The collector is responsible for the accounting & distribution of collections to the entities such as schools, college, health & etc. The collector also collects merchants license fees, auctioneer, railroad & utility taxes. The Collector holds the County Tax Sale on the 4th Monday in August each year.
