Tax Sale

 All tax sale bidders are encouraged to pre-register with the Collector’s office the week prior to tax sale, being Monday, August 17th, 2026 through Friday, August 21st, 2026.

All bidders must sign an affidavit stating that he/she is not currently delinquent on any tax payments on any property.  Failure to sign such affidavit, as well as signing a false affidavit, may invalidate the property purchase.  The affidavits are provided by the Collector’s office.
