ST FRANCOIS COUNTY RECORDING FEE SCHEDULE
The State Legislature sets recording fees per Missouri Revised Statute 59.310.

​Following the passage of Missouri Senate Bill 938, a flat $2.00 statutory fee increase will take effect statewide on August 28, 2026, for recording documents, marriage licenses, and land surveys/plats.

Documents $1.00 per page

Plats $5.00 per plat

Add an additional $1.00 to total number of pages for certification.

Copies may be obtained by written request or by coming to our office.
