Bridge Replacement of Old Hwy 8 Bridge #2750003 over Hayden Creek

St. Francois County is planning to replace the Old Hwy 8 Bridge #2750003 over Hayden Creek, near 389 MO-8, Park Hills, Missouri. Plans are being prepared for a new three span bridge and construction is expected to start in 2028.
The project activities will include, but not necessarily be limited to: removal of the existing bridge, excavations, new bridge construction, placement of rock blanket, construction of roadway embankments and new approach roadway surfacing. Additional Right-of-Way may be needed but has not yet been determined.
The project is a collaboration between the St. Francois County and the Missouri Department of Transportation using Off-System Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation (BRO) funds to assist with the cost of the project.
