NOTICE TO BIDDERS
On this 28th day of July, 2021 notice is hereby given for anyone interested in submitting a sealed bid which will be accepted by the St. Francois County Commission for supplying the following: materials, equipment and/or services as specified below:
ITEM: PRE-FAB, PRE-STRESSED USED CONCRETE BIRDGE BEAMS, price per linear foot
SPECIFICATIONS:
These beams need to be 17” tall by 36” wide and can range from 20’ to 40’ in length.
Price per linear foot would be appreciated.
This bid will also need to include loading of said beams and crane services for the placement of these beams at various job sites throughout St. Francois County.

DELIVERY DATE: As soon as possible
DELIVERY TO BE MADE TO: St. Francois County Road & Bridge
TRANSPORTATION CHARGES PREPAID
Payment for materials, equipment or services (unless otherwise agreed) will be paid within thirty (30) days from delivery date. Acceptance of bid by the County Commission and notification of same will constitute a legal contract. Failure to supply the material, equipment of supplies in the manner specified will be held accountable. The County Commission of St. Francois County reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason deemed justifiable. Proposals are to be mailed or presented to the Clerk of the County Commission, Kevin Engler, Courthouse Annex-Suite 300, Third Floor, Farmington, Missouri 63640.
ALL BIDS MUST BE IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE THAT IT IS A BID FOR ST. FRANCOIS CO. RD & BRIDGE ALONG WITH THE DATE AND TIME OF BID OPENING.
