3. When would I receive my tax credit?

For eligible taxpayers that apply by May 31^st each year, any eligible credit amount would be applied to those years real property tax statement. Keep in mind that these are credits that will be applied to your real property tax statement.  This is not a freeze on our real property tax assessment and credit is when future reassessments are done.
