2. How do I apply for this Tax Credit?

Applications can be accessed online by downloading our printable Real Property Tax Credit for Seniors application or in person at the St. Francois County Collector’s Office.  Completed applications along with required supporting documents are to be submitted to the Collector’s office before the annual due date.  Applications will be accepted March 1^st through May 31^st of each year, for taxpayers who are 62 years of age or older by January 1^st of the base year they are applying for.
