The St. Francois County Treasurer is the elected official responsible for the safe and prudent investment of county monies.  Duties include receipting, balancing, reconciling, disbursing and ensuring that all monies are correctly accounted for in separate funds as required by Missouri law.  St. Francois County has forty plus separate funds to maintain.
