Second District Commissioner - Patrick Mullins

Patrick Mullins is 38 years old and a life-long resident of St. Francois County. He has been married to his wife, Nicole, for 18 years, they have three children.

Patrick graduated from Central High School in 1989. He acquired his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business from Southeast Missouri State University in 1993.

He is vice president of the St. Francois County Joint Communications 911 board, He is also a board member of the East Missouri Action Agency (EMAA).

Patrick also belongs to the Elvins Ionic Lodge #154.
