First District Commissioner - Bret Burgess
Bret is a husband and father of two wonderful children. He graduated from Farmington High School. He is a graduate of Mineral Area College and he received his bachelor's degree from Southeast Missouri State University. He then earned his Master's Degree from Webster University. He is Chief Executive Officer of Burgess Construction, LLC and Burgess Development Group, Inc. Both companies operate throughout Southeast Missouri. Bret is the St. Francois County Commissioner for District 1 where he proudly serves the residents of southern St. Francois County with honesty and integrity.
