The St. Francois County Auditor is responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring the accounting and budgeting systems of the county.  She prepares official financial statements and coordinates the annual financial audit, monitors compliance with internal control procedures, oversees accounts payable activities, monitors and evaluates the condition of county budgets and funds, certifies contracts and expenditures and maintains property records and inventories.
